The Booking Process:

STEP 1 Tell us a bit about your event on the enquiry form below. If you know the dates your interested in, check the calendar for availability.

STEP 2 We’ll get back to you by phone or email within 3 working days to let you know if we’re the right place for your event (and arrange site visit etc).

STEP 3 When you’re ready to book we’ll send you a link to a booking confirmation form including T’s&C’s agreement.

STEP 4 Once you’ve returned the booking confirmation we’ll send you an invoice for you to pay within 2 working days to secure your booking(s).

*Please limit car use as much as possible* We have space to park approx 15 cars (less if vans included), but encourage car sharing where possible. There are buses to Chew Stoke and a public footpath with a 1 mile walk to the woods. We are near the Avon cycleway. NB the car-park is on a slope and is not very suitable for live-in vehicles.
